Forward Blazing was born out of frustration. Our founder, Marcus Webb, ran a small medical supply company in Atlanta and couldn't find a courier service that actually showed up on time. Packages were late. Tracking was useless. Customer service was a voicemail box.
So in 2018, he built the service he wished existed. Three drivers. One van. A simple promise: pick it up fast, deliver it faster, and tell the customer exactly where it is the whole time.
Eight years later, Forward Blazing operates across 48+ cities with hundreds of professional drivers, a proprietary dispatch platform, and a 99% on-time delivery rate. The promise hasn't changed — only the scale.
